Founder and CEO

Stefano brings over 10 years of leadership in the renewable energy sector, with senior roles at Quercus Real Assets, Next Energy Capital, and Belectric. He began his asset management career at Novenergia II, overseeing €1B+ in renewable assets, and has led successful development platforms in Italy and India.

His expertise in project funding and strong industry ties strengthen Hive’s clean energy investment strategy. With Italy’s growing solar market, Hive is well-positioned to expand its leadership and drive sustainable growth.

PA to CEO

Alessandra provides indispensable support to Stefano, ensuring the smooth operation of executive activities. Her organisational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the team, facilitating effective communication and efficient management.

Munira Amal

Operations Manager

Munira is the backbone of our operations, leading project implementation with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to sustainability. She holds a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture and Design and has devoted her career to the integration of sustainable principles within design and architecture. Her expertise ensures our projects consistently meet – and often exceed – environmental standards, reinforcing our commitment to responsible and forward-thinking development.

Guleid Ali

IT Manager

Guleid oversees our IT infrastructure with expertise and precision, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient systems across the organisation. A Computer Science graduate from the University of Westminster, he brings a strong passion for coding and software development. His technical acumen plays a vital role in supporting our operations and advancing our mission to promote renewable energy.
